Your credit union
believes your privacy is important. Protecting your personal information
and using it in a manner consistent with your expectations is a high priority
for everyone at your credit union.
Only authorized employees, trained in the proper handling of account information,
have access to our database. Your name, address, phone numbers, and financial
information contained in this database or compiled from our Web Site is
never sold or rented to anyone.

to conduct our business. That means, just what is necessary to provide
competitive financial products and services-no more. |

controls to ensure that member information in our files and computers

those employees who need to know that information to provide products

have access to your information. As a member of our credit union,
you can review your information and make any necessary changes to
ensure that our records are complete and accurate. If you believe

Write to us as soon as possible, after you become aware of a potential
problem. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent
you the first statement on which the error or problem appeared.
You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights.
In your letter, give us the following information:
Your name and account number.
The dollar amount and date of the potential error.
Describe the potential error and explain, if you can, why
you believe there is an error.
If you need more information, describe the item you are not sure
about. We will respond to you within 30 days.

the products and services we provide, or when required to do so by
the government, or when we partner with other businesses to offer
a broader array of products and services to our members. |

requirements. The businesses we select must offer products designed
to enhance our members' economic wellbeing. Under no circumstances
do we, authorize these firms to charge your account without your express
consent, nor do we sell member information to telemarketing firms.

E-mail information provided by members and non-members is used to
respond to inquiries, comments, or suggestions. This information also

choice in how your information is used. Any member of this credit
union may elect to keep information from being shared with our business
partners. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure your requests
are followed. If you wish to "opt out" from having your
public personal information disclosed to our business partners (such
as name and address), except as necessary for marketing purposes,
you can "opt out" by writing us.

If you
are applying for a loan with the credit union please note the credit
union will run a credit report on you to determine your eligibility
and please be aware of the following:
Negative
information notice
If we find negative information, such as late payments, missed payments
or other defaults on your loan or deposit account, we may report
our findings to credit bureaus.
Home
loan applicant notice
When you apply for a home loan we will disclose to you the credit
score we received from the reporting agency, the lender we use in
connection with your loan and the key factors affecting your credit
score. Your credit score is a computer generated summary calculated
based on data about your credit history and payment patterns. If
you have questions about your credit score contact the credit reporting
agency, Experian-TRW at 1-888-397-3742, answer the prompts, or call
the credit union.
